Our sheets had a stain on one bed. We found an odd stain spot. It had no apology from staff, though they offered new sheets? We removed the stained sheets and found a huge yellow stain on the mattress! Someone clearly had an accident.

I appreciate the great breakfast provided, it had many choices. the gym was useful for my workouts. It included cardio machines and weights. the hotel's proximity to the mall was useful, especially since it rained . the staff gave positive presence .
The bar menu was somewhat limited in options. I wish there were more choices.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted with a room switch. devin, who checked me in early, was very helpful. every staff member i encountered provided excellent customer service.

nonexistent valetdusty room
i must say, the valet service was nonexistent. dragging luggage halfway across the parking lot REALLY set the tone. the room itself? oh, it was clean, sure, if you don't mind dust bunnies having a party under the bed. and don't even get me started on the intermittently grating sound, probably from the ice machine next door. it kept me up ALL NIGHT.
